Why You Should Buy From Edge 2 Edge

1. Lowest prices guaranteed

Our aim is to sell to you at the lowest prices in the UK. If you can find any identical winter sports product in the UK (same colour, size and specification) at a lower price, we will match it by giving you a refund for the difference.

Our Price Promise is offered on the following basis: The product must be in stock and available at the other shop/internet site. We only match shop to shop, internet to internet (we will not match shop to internet.) Our price promise lasts for a period of 14 days from the purchase date, or expires on January 31st of that season.

2. Ski/board suitablity guaranteed

We want to make sure that your new ski or board purchase is right for you. So we now guarantee it will be.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will exchange them subject to a 25% hire charge for the full value of the ski for each week of use. If the bindings have been drilled into the body of the ski, but not used, then the above hire charge still applies.

Skis - Our guarantee covers the skis only, unless the bindings are an integrated part of the set up.

Boards - Our guarantee covers the board only, as the bindings can be refitted to the exchanged board.

Our guarantees are only valid for the season in which the goods where purchased, unless the skis/board are purchased after April 15th 2008 when the guarantee is extended until April 30th 2009.

3. Boot comfort guaranteed

When you purchase new boots from us, we guarantee that the boots will fit.

If, before you go skiing/boarding you are still not happy, we will change the boot or refit them at no extra charge. We will of course refund the difference if you buy a cheaper pair.

If after your holiday they are still uncomfortable, we will continue to try refitting them.

Finally, if they still don't fit, we will purchase them back from you less a hire fee.

To have the best possible chance of a well fitted boot, a footbed is essential.

The guarantee is only valid for the season in which the goods are purchased, unless the boots are purchased after April 15th 2008, when the guarantee is extended until April 30th 2009.

Why You Should Hire From Edge 2 Edge

1. No quibble guarantee

In the event that you find the boots to be uncomfortable, or your skis, snowboard(s) or boots suffer accidental damage, (other than willful damage), then you can re-hire alternative equipment from a local hire shop in the resort. Providing you have taken out our Gold Cover Insurance.
NB: This will only apply to boots fitted by ourselves in store.

On production of a clearly written receipt, evidencing such re-hire, together with the name, address and telephone number of the hire shop, we will refund you.
